Red Plum (Valasiss), one of the coupon insert companies, decided to mail inserts to certain households instead of inserting them into newspapers such as the Plain Dealer on Sundays.  Problem is that now there is no way to get extra inserts and if your household is deemed not to get coupons, you won’t be able to get them any easy way.  The Akron Beacon Journal still gets the insert, but theirs are worse than what was in the PD.  Red Plum had many more of their coupons in the PD than the Akron Beacon Journal or any other local paper. 

Please contact Red Plum asap at 1-888-241-6760 or wecare@redplum.com to complain.  Also let the PD know you want them to get the inserts back.  Call them at 1-216-999-4216.  It’s not their fault that Red Plum didn’t want to keep them into the paper, but they can help put pressure on Red Plum.
