Be sure to call the restaurant before you leave to make sure they still take the gift certifcate.  Quaker Steak and Brown Derby may not take yours (depends on the date on the g.c.).  Apparently more were sold than they approved or some were fraudulently printed up from a bogus site or whatever their story may be.  Either way, call before you go.  If they don't accept them then call 800-979-8985 to get a mega certificate to replace the one you purchased.  Call to have one replaced from a restaurant that closes too.
